1 - First Day

Its the first day of seventh grade in the year 2000. School rejects, Anna and Maya, get a lot of unexpected attention.

1 - Pool

Two days after the dance, Maya and Anna reluctantly go to a lame pool party. A crush unexpectedly shows up, causing them to question their sanity and reputations.

2 - Miranda

Maya and Anna become fascinated with the mature girls in their class who smoke. They are faced with the age-old question: stay home and play pretend or go out and do drugs?

2 - Wrestle

Maya zeros in on her crush, while Anna deals with the fallout from her parents divorce. Together they find outlets in an unexpected extracurricular activity.

3 - Ojichan

Maya feels a tickle down there which becomes kind of an addiction, distracting her from her best friend who really needs her.

3 - Vendy Wiccany

Anna and Maya discover secret powers within, allowing them to control rocky aspects of their lives through magic.

4 - Solo

Trailviews Night of Amazing Music is coming up. Anna hopes to win Alexs heart with a classical aria while Maya is consumed with a lie.

4 - Three

Witnessing their daughters reach a new low, Kathy and Yuki rally around them. At school, Maya and Anna receive an opportunity at redemption but it will come with a range of influences.

5 - Community Service

Theres an exclusive fashion show at the local nursing home. Somehow Anna and Maya make it in, but feelings of inadequacy lead them down a shady path.

5 - Sleepover

Maura hosts a group sleepover at her house. The clock chimes late into the night as secrets and masks threaten the death of friendships.

6 - Play

The school play has been cast. Maya has the opportunity to get her actual first kiss. Anna struggles to find herself.

6 - Posh

Maya gets a questionable nickname during a school project. Anna goes along with it, resulting in a test of their friendship and identities.

7 - Opening Night

Its opening night. Hearts are exposed, forcing both Anna and Maya to grow up.

7 - AIM

Maya and Anna get their very first AIM screennames and their social world opens up. Maybe too much.

8 - Wild Things

Its a viewing party to watch the newly released VHS movie, Wild Things. The night gets sexy and Anna and Maya try to keep up.

8 - Jacuzzi

On vacation with Curtis, Anna and Maya are introduced to new crippling insecurities. The girls try to ignore them, but a mystical turn makes their self-doubt impossible to forget.

9 - Anna Ishii-Peters

Anna gets to sleep over at Mayas house on a school night and cant wait to become part of the Ishii-Peter family. But things turn as Anna gets a little too comfortable.

9 - Bat Mitzvah

An upcoming Bat Mitzvah forces Maya to face a realization about her familys socio economic status while Anna grapples with an existential crisis.

10 - Dance

Its the night of their first school dance but Anna and Maya are on bad terms. Theyll have to navigate this unfamiliar terrain set to billboard hits, by themselves.

10 - Shadow

Anna helps her dad move into an apartment. Maya is confronted by a surprise visitor from Japan.
